After a period of health and wellbeing challenges I took the decision to subscribe to a Method Personal Training and Pilates Club 30 day trial in April ’25: Subsequently I committed to a monthly membership. I am approaching the end of my third month of membership with Method and I am very grateful to be a Member. The Method approach is exactly what I need at this point in my return to strength and fitness training and I can’t imagine wanting to train anywhere else for the foreseeable future. I trust and enjoy all aspects of the Method approach and I feel very much welcomed and at ‘home’ training there. Having not stepped foot inside a gym of any sort for at least 18 years I was a little apprehensive, but the amazing coaches and staff really made me feel comfortable, as well as the community of people you see regularly during the small group sessions, it really is a positive way to start your day. The space is beautiful, and the experience is elevated by the cold water bath, infrared sauna, and a fabulous coffee area to relax in afterward with great coffee!
